I found Joe Bob's sometime in 2020 and…

I found Joe Bob's sometime in 2020 and they have been a great source for parts. Very reasonable pricing and have very fast processing and shipping times. It takes about 2 days on average to receive my order form Hays, KS to California. I wish my local USPS was this quick. Overall a very reputable place to buy from, I have no complaints and recommend them to anyone!

Don’t buy unless you are 100% certain

I purchased something for my husbands AR. It arrived and I showed it to my husband. It didn’t fit his gun. The small ziploc baggie had an o ring in it. In his excitement, he dropped the baggie. My husband said to send it back as it wouldn’t work, and was too heavy, in his opinion. I put the o ring in a craft bag and sent the item back at my own cost less the 15% restocking fee. I was just informed that they would not be honoring the refund (less the 15%) because the o ring was not in the correct bag. Ridiculous. Do not purchase anything from this retailer unless you are 100% sure it will work for you. These are the reasons why I will buy from Amazon. Too many issues with returns.

They don't stand behind the products they sell

They have good prices and fast shipping, but they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell. They sent me a defective part and I called the following day to get a replacement. They basically told me... tough &^$&^%$ call the manufacturer. I even spoke to the owner and he first tried to lecture me about the gun industry, and how no one takes returns (BS). Then he told me that he couldn't help me and to call the manufacturer. He tried to boast about their fast shipping, but I'd rather wait a little longer and buy from a company who values their customers and stands behind the products they sell.
